On the operations side, tools like Jolt and Zenput manage daily checklists. But they have zero visibility into what customers are saying. There is no loop connecting the customer voice in a 2-star review to the task on the manager's Monday morning checklist.

Built on infrastructure you can trust
OpsScaleIQ runs entirely on Google Cloud Platform — Cloud Run for compute, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL + pgvector) for data, and Vertex AI for all AI workloads. Authentication is Clerk (with full SAML/SSO at Enterprise tier) and billing is Stripe.
All AI workloads run on Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform — triage, response drafting, SOP generation, and image collage creation all process server-side and asynchronously. Operators never wait for a spinner; results are ready when they open the app.
EU customer data is stored in EU Cloud SQL regions. Reviewer names are anonymizable on request. Every action in the platform is immutably logged with a Clerk user ID and timestamp.
