How it works

  2. 2Analyze — Our AI Triage Engine processes each review against your configured taxonomy. Multi-category issues are split into individual findings.
  3. 3Classify — Each finding gets a primary category, severity level (1/2/3), confidence score, and key phrases extracted.
  4. 4Act — Severity 3 issues trigger immediate alerts. All findings generate tasks with owners and due dates.
