How certification is earned

1. 1Daily snapshot — The OpsScore cron runs nightly, computing each location's aggregate failure resolution rate, severity-weighted score, and SLA compliance.
2. 2Streak counting — Consecutive qualifying days are tracked. A single day below threshold resets the streak to zero.
3. 3Badge issuance — When a location crosses a tier threshold, a certification record is created with a unique public slug and “valid through end-of-month” expiry.
4. 4Live monitoring — Each badge's public URL reflects the real-time status. Suspended or expired badges show a clear warning banner.
