Multi-unit operators don't always share a language. OpsScaleIQ ships with full UI translations across 9 languages — including right-to-left Arabic. Every user picks their own language independently, with no IT involvement required.
In multi-unit food service, retail, and hospitality, the workforce is inherently international. A regional manager might operate in English while front-line store managers are more comfortable in Spanish, Mandarin, or Hindi. Making operational software language-agnostic isn't a nice-to-have — it's a requirement for genuine adoption.

All navigation labels, dashboard sections, action buttons, confirmation messages, and error states are fully translated — not just partially localized. Every string in the interface, not just the navigation.
Language is stored individually per user device in localStorage. One owner can use English while their Spanish-speaking store manager uses Español — on the same account, simultaneously.
Arabic is fully supported with automatic right-to-left document direction. When a user switches to Arabic, the entire dashboard layout mirrors correctly — text, icons, and navigation all flip to RTL without any additional configuration.
Switching languages applies immediately without a page refresh or session restart. The globe icon in the top navigation bar opens the language picker — select a language and the entire UI updates within milliseconds.
On first visit, OpsScaleIQ automatically detects the user's browser language setting and pre-selects the matching language if it's supported — creating a localized experience from the very first login.
A user's language preference is remembered across browser sessions and device reboots. No need to re-select language on every login — it's stored as a persistent preference until manually changed.
The sidebar navigation search works in both English and the active language simultaneously. A Spanish user searching 'Analítica' or 'Analytics' both surface the same result — no language barrier in navigation.
No language packs to install, no locale server configuration, no additional licenses. All 9 languages ship as part of the base platform — available to all users on all plans from day one.
