How the pipeline works

1. 1Ingestion — A ≥4-star review is pulled via the Google Business Profile API.

3. 3Formatting — The review is formatted into ready-to-use text captions for Google Posts, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Optionally, click Generate Collage to produce a vertical-aware multi-review collage image (up to 3 reviews) via Gemini Imagen.
4. 4Download & post — Copy the formatted caption and/or download the AI image, then publish directly through your social media tool. Content is never auto-posted.

How EGR is calculated

Earned Growth Revenue (EGR) is a model-based estimate of the revenue your content pipeline generates. For each published post, OpsScaleIQ applies a conservative attribution formula tuned to your industry vertical:

The LTV coefficient is drawn from OpsScaleIQ's vertical benchmarks — a restaurant, hotel, and auto-service business each have different customer lifetime values — so your EGR figure is calibrated to your actual business context, not a generic industry average.

Published posts are tagged with UTM parameters (utm_source=opsscaleiq&utm_medium=content-pipeline) so you can track real click-through data in your own analytics platform alongside the model estimate.
