Connecting Review Platforms
Link Google Business Profile, Yelp, and TripAdvisor so OpsScaleIQ can pull reviews and run AI triage automatically.

Setup Steps
- 1Go to Settings โ Integrations in your dashboard.
- 2Click "Connect" under Google Business Profile.
- 3Sign in with the Google account that has Manager/Owner access to your GBP listing.
- 4Authorize OpsScaleIQ to read reviews and post replies on your behalf.
- 5Once connected, reviews are automatically pulled every 4โ6 hours.
Important Notes
- You must be a Manager or Owner on the GBP location โ Editor role is not sufficient.
- The access token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and refreshed automatically.
- If a token expires, you will see a "Reconnect" button in Integrations.
- "Post to Google" in the Reviews dashboard becomes available once connected (Essential+ plans).
Troubleshooting
Q: I connected but no reviews are showing.
Reviews can take up to 6 hours for the first pull. Check that the GBP account has reviews and that the correct location is selected.
Q: My access expired.
Go to Settings โ Integrations and click Reconnect. Re-authorize with the same Google account.

Setup Steps
- 1Go to Settings โ Integrations.
- 2Click "Connect" under Yelp.
- 3You will be redirected to Yelp's OAuth authorization page.
- 4Sign in with your Yelp Business account and authorize access.
- 5OpsScaleIQ will pull your Yelp reviews for AI triage.
Important Notes
- Yelp's API does not support posting replies โ you will need to reply directly on Yelp.
- Review pull happens every 6โ8 hours.
- Only public reviews are pulled; private messages are not accessible.
Troubleshooting
Q: Yelp says "App not approved".
Yelp restricts API access. If you see this, email [email protected] and we will help manually configure your account.
๐ข TripAdvisor
Setup Steps
- 1Go to Settings โ Integrations.
- 2Click "Connect" under TripAdvisor.
- 3Sign in with your TripAdvisor Management Center login.
- 4Authorize OpsScaleIQ to access your listing reviews.
Important Notes
- TripAdvisor does not provide a public reply API โ replies must be posted manually on TripAdvisor.
- Reviews are synced every 8โ12 hours.
Troubleshooting
Q: I manage multiple TripAdvisor properties.
Connect once at the account level and all managed properties will be included in the pull.
