Seat Limits by Plan
Each plan includes a base seat allowance. Additional seats can be purchased in Settings → Team for $15/seat/month.

User Roles
OpsScaleIQ uses role-based access control (RBAC). Each user is assigned one of four roles:
Full access to all settings, billing, team management, and data. One owner per organization.
- Manage billing & plans
- Invite/remove members
- Access all locations
- Configure RBAC
- Delete organization
Can manage specific locations, respond to reviews, and view analytics. Cannot access billing.

Read-only access across a region of locations. Useful for regional directors who need visibility without edit rights.

Read-only access used for compliance reviews and external auditors. Cannot post responses or modify any data.

Inviting Team Members
Go to Settings → Team
In your OpsScaleIQ dashboard, open Settings and click the Team tab.
Click "Invite Member"
Enter their email address, select a role, and optionally assign specific locations.
Send the invite
An email invitation is sent via Clerk. The link expires in 7 days.
Member accepts
Once they accept and create their account, they appear in your team list and consume one seat.
Buying Seat Add-Ons
When your team reaches the seat limit for your plan, you'll see a prompt to purchase additional seats. You can buy 1 to 50 extra seats at a time.
Prorated billing
Seat add-ons are charged immediately at $15/seat/month, prorated to your current billing cycle. The charge is added to your Stripe subscription as a separate line item.
Go to Settings → Team
When at seat limit, a "Buy Seats" button appears next to the seat count.
Choose quantity
Select how many extra seats you need (1–50). The total monthly cost is previewed.
Confirm purchase
Click "Purchase Seats". Stripe processes payment immediately and seats are available instantly.
